Welcome to Fitness and Self Defence!

It is our vision here at Fitness and Self Defence to collaborate with each other on objectives like:

  • Study and Implement Ancient Vedic technique such Yoga and Self defence.  Start basic learning from Schools or Work place.
  • Aim for Personal Well Being and an Active Society. Refresh your mind with regular outdoor activities.
  • Collaborate with Food and Nutrition Group in Ved and Techs for a good diet to keep up with your fitness levels.
  • Self defence/ Karate for everyone. Revive ancient Indian art of defence techniques.
  • Compulsory Army training as part of schooling to understand and value freedom. And develop patriotism and fight corruption within self.
  • Collaborate with institutions, libraries, universities, industry, international organizations, etc
  • Get feedback on your projects from common people via polls, events and comments
  • Participate in conferences, share knowledge, discuss and implement
  • Write Blog/Article, a multi-user editable Wiki document, a discussion/forum topic, an event, a poll. Create groups / projects / sub-groups as you see fit.
  • Invite your friends and publish on social sites. Collaborate with like-minded people on common goals.
  • In the end support each other and join hands for faster developments of your ideas
