Kuṇḍalinī (कुण्डलिनी) Yoga for Everyday Use of Common Man

Kuṇḍalinī (कुण्डलिनी) is described in yoga as shakti and described in certain Upanishads as lying "coiled" at the base of the spine. envisioned as either a goddess or sleeping serpent. Kundalini awakening results in deep meditation, enlightenment and bliss.

Kundalini awekening: Through meditation and various esoteric practices, the kundalini is awakened, and can rise up from the muladhara chakra through the central nadi, called sushumna, inside or alongside the spine and reaches the top of the head. The progress of kundalini through the different chakras leads to different levels of awakening and mystical experience, until the kundalini finally reaches the top of the head, Sahasrara or crown chakra, producing an extremely profound mystical experience.

Method of Kundalini Awakening: There are numerous ways to awaken one's kundalini. A simple and practical approach of awakening kundalini and making use of regular breathing excercises to keep your mind and body enlightened is given below.

1-Stretching - Attentive Tension Relaxation

These simple exercises remove stress and tension that has accumulated in the muscles, due to repressions that suppress nerve impulses. This leads to a buildup of static electricity in the muscles.

Muscular tension is an invitation to disease and does not allow the bodies self healing mechanism to work. Very good for pain in the muscles, migraines and sciatica.

3-Refining Exercise

6 simple exercises for total health. The first three are done in the 3srb rhythm. In the body at certain specific areas we accumulate emotional knots and suppressions. These in turn lead to disease.
